Doncaster rail study community workshops

Community workshops will be held this month on the progress of the Doncaster Rail Study, including the route options being considered.

The $6.5 million State Government feasibility study is investigating the social, economic, environmental and technical scope of extending rail services into Manningham. Several community consultation sessions have already been held by the Department of Transport and their study consultants, providing an opportunity for community members to have their say.

Attend one of three community workshops during March, the same information will be provided at each of the three workshops, to be held:

  • Monday 26 March, 6.30 pm - 9.00 pm, Richmond Town Hall, 333 Bridge Road, Richmond
  • Wednesday 28 March, 6.30 pm - 9.00 pm, The Marwal Centre, 11 Marwal Centre, North Balwyn
  • Thursday 29 March, 6.30 pm - 9.00 pm, Manningham Civic Centre, 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster
